The InlineCalibre is a 3D dimension measurement equipment for non-contact and 100% full inspection of BIW and components on the production line. The system uses visual inspection and laser measurement technology, and uses image processing algorithm to solve the three-dimensional coordinate of the features to be measured on the parts, so as to record and monitor the size state of the parts and improve the submission quality of the whole production line.
